Our Impact

At Pilani Group, philanthropy is a long-term commitment rooted in service, partnership, and measurable impact. For over four decades, the Pilani family has worked through Rotary and other Organisations to advance public health, education, and community resilience across India, Africa, and South Asia. This work reflects a belief that sustainable progress is achieved when local institutions are strengthened and communities are empowered to lead their own development.

Uday personally leads these initiatives and motivates his peer group for cumulative giving and service to those that deserve whether it is the human, animal or the planet.
